Hair Educator REQUIREMENTS

Essential

•Licensed Cosmetologist (photocopy required)
•Currently working behind the chair with 3 years minimum experience
•Strong SoMe presence, must have a professional account that accurately reflects their expertise
•Work in a branded Wella Color Salon
•Professionally skilled in all aspects of hair - Coloring, Cutting, and Styling
•Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; ability to travel and sometimes without advanced notice
•Have proficient communication and computer skills - able to work with PowerPoint, Excel, Email, and iOS/Android Apps
•Able to facilitate 2 classes per month
•Attend at least 2 National Sessions in a year

Desirable

•Wella Color Insider Certified
•Good presentation skills with the ability to teach and share information
•Positive, outgoing attitude – the desire to motivate and inspire others
•Organized, efficient, and flexible *
